Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Strong understanding of core HR functions: performance management, talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and basic C&B.
• Experience supporting leaders in HR processes such as goal setting, performance review, and talent development.
• Proficient in HRIS and HR data reporting
