Job summary

PERSOL Indonesia is seeking a HR Senior Supervisor for a building materials distributor in Jakarta Utara. The role focuses on workforce planning, contract compliance, and organizational development to support operational needs and productivity.

The candidate will oversee training, performance evaluations, remuneration, and HR policies, ensuring alignment with regulations and company policies while managing turnover and staff movements.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid CPHRM or CPHCM certification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations and organizational development processes.
• Willing to be placed and conduct offline interview at Jakarta Utara.

Responsibilities

• Manage workforce composition and headcount allocation across all departments.
• Conduct manpower planning to ensure optimal staffing levels in each department in line with operational needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the duration and compliance of employee employment contracts.
• Analyze organizational training needs and oversee human resources development initiatives.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and continuous assessment of employee performance.
• Maintain and enhance the quality, capability, and performance of HR through organizational development initiatives.
• Manage employee welfare and compensation programs in accordance with management policies.
• Oversee employee movement, position adjustments, and job rotations in alignment with company policies.
• Manage and control the implementation of employee overtime across all departments.
• Control employee turnover while ensuring sustainability of internal productivity.
• Develop and implement effective, efficient, and productivity-driven systems, procedures, and policies.
• Analyze, evaluate, and continuously improve existing systems, procedures, and policies to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Skills

CPHRM or CPHCM certification

4+ years of HR experience

Education
