Job summary

Chandra Asri Group, through its SSC, seeks an HR Operations Officer to manage employee data and payroll-related inputs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations. The role supports overtime processing and HR helpdesk activities within a centralized service center.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in HR operations, with proficiency in HRIS (SuccessFactors) and strong data accuracy, confidentiality, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or payroll-related role.
• Hands-on experience in employee data administration, overtime/time management, payroll data preparation.
• Experience with HRIS, especially SuccessFactors, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee data and HR records.
• Manage overtime, time collection, and attendance data.
• Coordinate payroll data with external vendors and payroll cycle.
• Provide HR helpdesk support and respond to queries.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.
• Support audits and process improvements.
