Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to deliver a consistent HR experience across the organization. You will partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, HR Systems and other teams to manage payroll, onboarding, data management and compliance.

The role covers end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar workers, onboarding/offboarding, learning and development, and HR analytics to support decision-making. A multinational background and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years HR experience at Specialist level.
• Experience in multinational company preferred.
• Hands-on payroll and industrial relations in Indonesia.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor law, payroll, compensation & benefits, BPJS, PPh 21.
• Experience with recruitment, learning & development, HRIS, and data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processes and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate payroll inputs: attendance, overtime, leave, incentives, allowances, benefits, deductions and settlements.
• Ensure payroll calculations comply with regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate annual compensation review and salary adjustments.
• Prepare payroll reports and support audits.
