• Assist the HR Manager in managing and supervising daily HR operations.
• Oversee HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, HR administration.
• Develop, implement and evaluate HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary matters, labor disputes and industrial relations.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
• Support manpower planning, organizational development and workforce optimization.
• Monitor HR performance indicators and prepare periodic management reports.
• Supervise and develop the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR activities.
• Coordinate with management and relevant departments to support business operations.
