NIBS Uluwatu seeks a dedicated HR professional to independently lead and develop our Human Resources function within a growing hospitality business in Bali. You will handle HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, training, and HR system development, all onsite in Uluwatu.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. This hands-on role requires managing onboarding, contracts, attendance, leaves, BPJS administration, and compliance with Indonesian

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience.
• Experience handling HR operations independently.
• Good understanding of Indonesian employment regulations.
• Experience with attendance, contracts, payroll coordination, and BPJS.
• Familiarity with HRIS, attendance, and payroll systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily HR operations independently.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts and letters.
• Monitor attendance, hours, leave, overtime, and shifts.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and interviews.
• Coordinate payroll data and processing.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
• Handle employee relations, coaching records, and investigations.
• Coordinate training programs and policy development.
• Develop and maintain HRIS and reporting systems.
