H-ostel Bali is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll, and HR administration in Bali, Indonesia. You will bridge staff and management, maintain accurate HR records, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR, strong communication, Excel proficiency, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The role supports performance reviews, trainings, and cross-department collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR experience covering recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations.
• Experience with payroll data and BPJS administration.
• Good communication skills and able to handle employee issues calmly.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and HR/attendance systems.
• Honest, discreet, and able to keep confidential information.
• Detail-oriented, independent, and a good team player.

Responsabilidades

• Run the recruitment cycle end to end: post job openings, shortlist candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, and onboard new hires.
• Build good working relationships with staff and act as the bridge between employees and management.
• Keep employee files up to date, including attendance, leave, overtime, and PKWT/PKWTT contract renewals.
• Prepare payroll input data and manage BPJS enrolment and changes for all employees.
• Support the performance review process and recommend training needs for staff development.
• Make sure company regulations, SOPs, and employee handbook follow Indonesian labor law.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and simple data analysis for management.
• Work with all departments on daily HR matters and help organize internal company events.
• Handle other HR tasks assigned by management.
