Job summary

广东高义包装科技股份有限公司 is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations in Batam, Indonesia. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training, and policy development to ensure compliance and alignment with company values.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, 5+ years in HRM/generalist roles (manufacturing preferred), and strong knowledge of labour laws. English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HRM or Generalist role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of labour laws, HR best practices and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in data analysis and HRIS.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management.
• Developing and implementing HR policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Providing guidance to managers on grievances, disciplinary actions and workforce planning.
• Administering benefits, payroll and leave management systems.
• Conducting HR audits and generating reports for continuous improvement.
• Coordinating employee training and development initiatives.
