• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment process from posting to interviews, hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and documentation.
• Coordinate payroll-related information and benefits, and statutory requirements (BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan).
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and maintain a professional work environment.
• Coordinate probation and performance evaluations; support KPIs and training needs.
