Job summary

PT Novus Hotel Manajemen is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive recruitment and people development across NOVUS. You will partner with General Managers and department heads to implement training, evaluate staff, and enhance HR practices at both corporate and hotel-unit levels.

The role focuses on immediate recruitment priority, ongoing staff development, and compliant HR management across four- or five-star properties in Indonesia. Based at the Jakarta Corporate Office with travel to units.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive HR experience, including hotel HR exposure.
• Experience leading hotel HR activities or a substantial hotel HR function.
• Strong English and Indonesian communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, screening, structured interviews, assessments, reference checks, offers and joining for corporate and priority vacancies.
• Agree role requirements with hiring managers and present evidence-based shortlists.
• Monitor recruitment across properties and maintain standards.
• Review org structures, headcounts and succession risks with GMs and Finance.
• Establish performance and competency review processes for corporate and hotel staff.
• Assess training needs and develop annual plans for corporate and hotel units.
• Deliver orientation, interviewing, supervisory and people-management programs.
• Track training completion and ensure onboarding for new joiners.
