Job summary

Pullman Jakarta Central Park is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the engineering department and ensure the uninterrupted operation of all hotel facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and life-safety systems, while upholding the highest standards of reliability, safety, and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of hotel engineering experience, including 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Experience in budgeting, project management, and contractor oversight.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
