Job summary

Pullman Jakarta Central Park is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to lead the engineering department, ensuring the reliable operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems across the hotel.

You will manage budgets, oversee preventive maintenance, supervise a skilled team, collaborate with other departments, and drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives in line with Accor standards. Fluency in English and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in hotel engineering or facilities management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the engineering team, including recruiting, training, and developing staff.
• Oversee maintenance programs, preventive maintenance, and repairs for hotel systems.
• Manage department budget and control costs on maintenance, energy, and capex.
• Ensure all building systems comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain guest areas and back-of-house operations.
