Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in hotel engineering or a similar facility.

• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of all hotel engineering systems and facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure MEP, HVAC, fire protection, and utilities run safely and efficiently.
• Manage Engineering budget, maintenance costs, and energy consumption.
• Lead and supervise Engineering team to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and renovation projects.
• Prepare engineering reports and support operational excellence.
