In this hands-on leadership role, you will lead the engineering team, coordinate maintenance across critical building systems, manage vendor relationships, and respond to guest and operational needs with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality engineering or facilities maintenance; 2+ years of supervisory leadership in a hotel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate repairs and maintenance with the team.
• Train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Maintain relationships with hotel contractors for 24-hour emergency services.
• Respond to guest and operational needs professionally and promptly.
