EmiNET is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive hospitality IT solutions for global and regional hotel brands. You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, develop strategic relationships with hotel property owners and operators, and collaborate with solution vendors to expand product lines in networks, security, and digital guest experiences.

The role requires a Diploma or higher, at least 5 years in hospitality IT sales, an extensive hotel-owner network, and strong English

Qualifikationen

• Diploma holder or above.
• Minimum 5 years of hospitality IT solutions selling experience to global and regional hotel brands/operators.
• Wide network of hotel owners and contacts with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets in hospitality.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive in developing targets, leads, and accounts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven experience in C-level solution sales.
• Able to communicate with all levels in a customer organization.

Aufgaben

• Exceed sales revenue and margin targets for IT and managed services in the hospitality sector.
• Develop business with global, regional, and boutique hospitality brands/operators.
• Build traction of hospitality IT solutions targeting hotel property owners.
• Manage and develop hospitality IT product lines with solution vendors and principals.
• Identify new product opportunities, vendor partnerships, and technology trends relevant to customer needs.
• Collaborate with in-country direct sales team to win projects.
• Prepare sales proposals and quotations for prospective customers.
• Ensure end-to-end good customer experience and satisfaction.
