Job summary

Feishu in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Procurement professional to lead supplier sourcing, negotiate terms, and sign contracts. You will drive cost optimization, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery across procurement, logistics, and related modules.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in purchasing or procurement, strong English, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required with 3+ years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Proven ability to develop and manage supplier resources, optimize costs, and handle end-to-end procurement processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to coordinate across teams.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin fluency is a plus.
• Familiarity with delivery management, quality control and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier sourcing and introduction, negotiate terms and sign contracts.
• Provide material configuration iteration and cost-optimization solutions for demand side.
• Develop new equipment procurement integration and oversee supplier records and exception handling.
• Set up standard procurement processes and maintain Knowledge Base.
• Coach and train on overseas material module work.
