Job summary

Feishu is seeking a procurement-focused junior/associate to assist in planning and managing supplier relationships, leveraging data to optimize category strategies and ensure stable product supply. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams and close attention to inventory and product lifecycle management.

The successful candidate will support cost negotiations, monitor supplier performance, and contribute to data-driven growth initiatives within a fast-paced retail environment in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above (class of 2025); priority given to supply chain/international trade/business or related fields.
• Strong data sensitivity; cross-cultural and interdepartmental collaboration skills; excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing preferred.
• Industry enthusiasm for retail; internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting procurement requirements, issue procurement plans to suppliers, and promptly implement purchase orders to ensure stable supply.
• Assist in negotiating procurement costs with suppliers, strengthen management of cooperative suppliers, and establish good supply partnerships.
• Develop category optimization strategies through market analysis and data mining, tap into supplier potential, and drive business growth with data.
• Pay attention to inventory turnover, unsold products, and product expiration dates, and provide reverse warnings and suggestions. For products with abnormal sales and low output, provide suggestions for optimizing product structure.
