Job summary

Feishu in Jakarta is seeking a motivated procurement intern to support supplier search, negotiation, and contracting for materials. You will assist in placing orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring stores open on schedule, while contributing to cost management and replenishment.

The role requires a 2025 graduate, strong Office and ERP familiarity, data-minded collaboration across cultures, and Mandarin proficiency for workplace use; travel within the region may be requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, 2025 graduates preferred.
• Proficient with Office software, formulas, and data tools; ERP management system experience.
• Excellent data sensitivity and cross-cultural/interdepartmental communication skills.
• Mandarin fluency for workplace use (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Assist in source search and introduction of suppliers, negotiate and sign commercial terms.
• Assist in placing orders, track delivery cycles, handle exceptions, ensure timely delivery and stores opening.
• Assist in daily replenishment, quotes, and cost management of materials.
• Assist in full procurement cycles and record supplier anomalies in PO records.
