Job summary

PAN ASIAN GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a purchasing professional in Jakarta to manage overseas supplier relations, quotations, POs, and delivery follow-up. You will coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and other teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in purchasing, strong English communication, and experience in sourcing and negotiating with international suppliers. Import/export knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably with overseas suppliers.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for international trading.
• Experience in sourcing, evaluating suppliers, and paying terms.
• Understanding of purchasing processes, international shipments, and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and able to manage multiple orders.

Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing activities with overseas suppliers from quotation to PO issuance and delivery follow-up.
• Communicate with overseas suppliers and customers regarding pricing, specs, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Source, evaluate, and check overseas suppliers for quality, pricing, and reliable delivery.
• Follow up on production status, shipment schedules, and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth purchasing and delivery processes.
• Review quotations, POs, invoices, and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Monitor outstanding orders and payments; provide regular updates to management.
• Address supplier issues, delays, quality concerns, and other purchasing matters.
