Job summary

AIA Indonesia is seeking an experienced Fund Service Lead to manage all aspects of fund services within the DPLK Operations team. You will oversee asset management activities, ensure accurate reconciliation, and drive regulatory reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least four years in DPLK or financial services, proven leadership, and proficiency in MS Office. You will collaborate with internal teams and external custodians to safeguard fund assets and meet SLAs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with GPA above average.
Minimum 4 years of experience in DPLK operations, financial services, or related field.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Oversee management of DPLK assets, including contributions, withdrawals, investments, and switching.
Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of fund transactions with custodians and asset managers.
Supervise the preparation and submission of regulatory and financial reports in compliance with PPSK and tax guidelines.
Lead, mentor, and develop the client services and operations team and uphold a high-performance culture.
Ensure capacity planning and resource allocation to meet SLAs.
