Job summary

AIA Indonesia is seeking an experienced Fund Service Lead to manage all aspects of fund services within the DPLK Operations team. You will oversee asset management activities, ensure accurate reconciliation, and drive regulatory reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least four years in DPLK or financial services, proven leadership, and proficiency in MS Office. You will collaborate with internal teams and external custodians to safeguard fund assets and meet SLAs.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in DPLK operations, financial services, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of DPLK assets, including contributions, withdrawals, investments, and switching.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of fund transactions with custodians and asset managers.
• Supervise the preparation and submission of regulatory and financial reports in compliance with PPSK and tax guidelines.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the client services and operations team and uphold a high-performance culture.
• Ensure capacity planning and resource allocation to meet SLAs.

About The Role

AIA is seeking an experienced Fund Service Ledto lead and manage all aspects of fund services within the DPLK Operations department. The role ensures accurate and compliant fund management, reporting, and reconciliation while driving operational efficiency and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to safeguard the financial integrity of DPLK fund assets.

Fund Services and Management

• Oversee the management of DPLK assets, including contributions, withdrawals, investments, and switching.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of fund transactions with custodians and asset managers.
• Supervise the preparation and submission of regulatory and financial reports in compliance with PPSK and tax benefit guidelines.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the client services and operations team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure appropriate capacity planning and resource allocation to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure full compliance with tax benefit guidelines, AML requirements, and pension fund regulations.
• Identify operational risks and implement controls to mitigate them.

Reporting and Analysis

• Provide regular operational and client service performance reports to the Pension Ops & Fund Service Lead.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with internal departments, including Corporate Solutions, Investments, Finance, Compliance, and IT, to align on fund services goals.
• Coordinate with custodians, asset managers, and other third-party vendors to ensure seamless fund operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with GPA above average.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in DPLK operations, financial services, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and operations.
• Able to use Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word and Excel)
