Job summary

AIA Indonesia is seeking an experienced Head of Pension Business to lead strategic development, growth and profitability of its Pension business, expanding market share and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Drive AUM growth, manage P&L, oversee client relationships with corporate and individual retirement solutions, and coordinate with sales, risk and operations to optimize performance.

Strong leadership and deep knowledge of pension funds, investments and OJK regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in pension funds, asset management, or wealth management.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of pension business, investment fundamentals, tax regulations, and OJK regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pension business strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Drive growth in AUM, contributions, and membership; manage P&L and costs.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, intermediaries and partners.
• Ensure compliance with OJK regulations and fiduciary standards.

Education
