Job summary

HSBC's Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) Securities Services team in Indonesia is seeking a fund operations professional to support Pension/Mutual/Discretionary funds, handling daily fund operations, NAV calculations and client inquiries.

You will work with global markets and finance teams to ensure accurate valuations, tax provisions, and timely responses while building strong client relationships. 3–5 years accounting experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years accounting experience with fund operations preferred.
• Understanding of Pension/Mutual/Discretionary fund valuation and accounting procedures.
• Knowledge of fixed income and equity securities settlements.

Responsibilities

• Administer Pension/Mutual/Discretionary Fund operations daily.
• Record day-to-day accounting bookings and NAV valuations.
• Perform fund compliance checks.
• Prepare tax provisions for Funds.
• Deliver high-quality client service and maintain relationships with clients.
