Job summary

PT PFI Mega Life Insurance in Jakarta is seeking a Fund Operations Specialist to monitor and reconcile portfolio transactions across general and unit-linked accounts, NAV reports, and daily fund cash flow. The role requires 3+ years in fund operations, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP), and fluent English and Bahasa.

You will handle audits, custodian reporting, regulatory submissions, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in fund operations or a related financial services role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and other formulas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Bahasa.
Excellent analytical skills and thinking.

Responsibilities

Monitor and reconcile portfolio transactions, including general and unit-linked accounts, NAV reports, and daily fund cash flow.
Manage audit tracking, custodian reporting, and regulatory reports for unit-linked, mutual fund, time deposit, and bond transactions, including SIA and OJK reports.
Support UAT and go-live processes by developing test cases, coordinating testing, and validating transactions post-go-live.
Verify transaction instructions and settlement with custodian banks and counterparties, while maintaining accurate transaction documentation and records.
