Qualifikationen

• Waperd license; WMI preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years in financial industry, asset management preferred
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Ability to explain mutual fund products and investment solutions
• Outgoing, career-driven in financial services sales
• Strong business sense and market feel
• Analytical mindset and market knowledge
• Resilience under pressure and strong communication
• Proficient with AI tools like Microsoft CoPilot

Aufgaben

• Conduct regular sales calls to frontline sales teams
• Handle client enquiries and fulfill requests
• Understand client selling/distribution cycle
• Identify opportunities to fit products to clients
• Advocate for shelf space with marketing tactics
• Coordinate sales briefs, programs and events
• Support external events and team activities
• Share daily market updates with the team
• Maintain client database and prepare tailored sales kits
• Coordinate with production for bulk materials
