Job summary

CoverGo is transforming the insurance industry with AI-powered platforms. We seek a senior engineer who ships end-to-end, prototyping quickly and delivering production-grade solutions for real customers.

You will own outcomes, prioritize high-leverage work each sprint, and collaborate directly with customers on claims, underwriting, and document automation. Strong background in Node.js/TypeScript, Vue, GraphQL, and cloud is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building production systems.
• Real AI experience shipping substantive AI-driven features.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes, not tickets.
• Pick the biggest lever for our customers each sprint and drive it to live.
• Surface the next one yourself.
• Build with AI as a primary tool, not a chatbot bolt-on.
• Ship prototypes fast, then make them production-grade.
• Work directly with customers to observe real workflows and iterate.
• Raise the bar on the codebase with reviews, testing, and observability.
• Push the team forward with internal tools and standards.
