CoverGo seeks a senior software engineer to own outcomes in a fully remote role serving global insurance clients. You will prototype with AI, ship drafts quickly, and iterate based on real customer usage.

You will build with OCR, document understanding, and agent loops, delivering production-grade prototypes that raise standards and expand capabilities. You will work directly with customers to understand broker workflows and underwriting screens, pushing the team toward faster delivery and

Qualifications

• 6+ years building production systems with customer-facing software.
• Real AI experience building or shipping AI-driven features.
• Strong fundamentals in OO, design patterns, testing, security and performance.
• Cloud familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes for major levers each sprint and drive them to live.
• Prototype on Monday and ship a draft by Friday.
• Build with AI as a primary tool (OCR, document understanding, agent loops).
• Ship prototypes fast and elevate them to production-grade systems.
• Work directly with customers to observe real workflows and feedback.
• Raise coding standards, testing, observability, and team practices.
