Job summary

CoverGo Limited seeks an experienced software engineer to lead AI-driven product outcomes on a fast-moving insurance tech platform. You will prototype on Monday, ship a draft to real customers by Friday, and improve it from actual usage, pushing the product, the codebase, and the way we work.

The team is small and the mandate is ambitious: ship end-to-end solutions, interact with customers, and raise engineering standards.

Qualifications

6+ years building production systems with customer impact.
Real AI feature development experience required.
Strong fundamentals in OO, design patterns, testing and security.

Responsibilities

Own outcomes, not tickets, and drive biggest lever each sprint.
Build with AI as a primary tool across OCR, document understanding, and generation.
Ship prototypes fast and evolve them to production-grade systems.
Work directly with customers to observe real workflows and improve.
Raise the bar on the codebase with reviews, tests, and observability.
Push the team forward with new tools and engineering standards.
