CoverGo Limited is hiring a senior software engineer to own outcomes, build AI-powered insurance solutions, and ship prototypes quickly. You will work directly with customers on real claims and underwriting screens, then scale demos into production-grade systems.

We value strong fundamentals, deep AI experience, and the ability to drive tooling, architecture, and quality. This is a 100% remote role with international collaboration and rapid impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building production systems.
• Real AI experience shipping substantive AI features.
• Strong fundamentals in OO, design patterns, testing, web security.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes, not tickets; pick biggest lever each sprint.
• Build with AI as a primary tool; OCR, document understanding, agent loops.
• Ship prototypes fast, then production-grade implementations.
• Work directly with customers on real claims, underwriting, broker workflows.
• Raise the bar on the codebase with reviews, refactors, observability.
• Push the team forward with better tools and engineering standards.
