You will prototype on Monday and deliver a working demo to a real customer by Friday, combining AI across OCR, document understanding, and agent loops.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building production systems.
• Real AI experience with substantive AI-driven features.
• Strong fundamentals: OO, design patterns, testing, web security, performance.
• Cloud comfort: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes, not tickets; drive the biggest leverage each sprint.
• Build with AI as a primary tool across OCR, document understanding, generation, and agent loops.
• Ship prototypes fast, then make them production-grade.
• Work directly with customers on real claims, underwriting screens, and broker workflows.
• Raise the bar on the codebase with reviews, refactors, testing, and observability.
• Push the team forward with new tools, agents, and engineering standards.
