Job summary

CoverGo Limited is seeking a seasoned engineer to own AI-driven outcomes and rapidly prototype solutions in a fully remote environment. You will decide what to build, prototype on Monday, ship a draft by Friday, and continuously improve it with real customer feedback.

Responsibilities include prioritizing high-impact levers each sprint, building AI-centered capabilities, and elevating the codebase with strong engineering practices. Collaboration with customers and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building production systems.
• Real AI experience shipping substantive AI-driven features.
• Strong fundamentals in OO, design patterns, testing, security, and performance.
• Cloud familiarity: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes, not tickets and drive levers each sprint.
• Build with AI as a primary tool (OCR, doc understanding, generation, agent loops).
• Ship fast prototypes and push to production.
• Work directly with customers to observe workflows and iterate.
