Job summary

Sewu Segar Nusantara is seeking a Sales Specialist FMCG to drive sales performance and brand execution across Modern Trade and General Trade channels in East Java. You will manage field operations, build key customer relationships, and ensure distribution plans are in place.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing, 2 years FMCG sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel across East Java to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales (MT & GT preferred).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willing to work in the field and travel across East Java.
• Familiar with local market dynamics in East Java.

Responsibilities

• Achieving weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Ensuring product availability in all assigned outlets according to distribution plans.
• Executing in-store display, planogram, and promotional activities in line with brand standards.
• Conducting regular market visits to monitor stock, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
• Analyzing sales trends, area performance, and competitor moves to propose effective sales programs.
• Coordinating with Trade Marketing to execute promotional activities.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of in-store promotions and providing improvement recommendations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade key accounts.
• Handling customer complaints related to supply, pricing, and operational issues.
