IBMC is seeking a Marketing & Sales Specialist in Surabaya to drive business development in the FMCG sector. The role involves direct client acquisition, strategic business development, and utilizing market analytics to grow brand presence.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 4 years in sales and marketing, and be fluent in English. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with a strong preference for those with a local sales network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the Food Industry.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Existing sales network in East Java and Bali preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and secure new business accounts while traveling across East Java and Bali.
• Implement tailored sales metrics and strategies to grow brand share.
• Manage accounts with care, ensuring clear communications.
• Utilize analytical abilities to interpret market trends.
• Maintain high computer literacy and manage day-to-day data updates.
