Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in MT and GT strategies, distribution, and outlet coverage.
• Experience leading, coaching, and evaluating sales teams to hit targets.
• Strong analytical skills for sales performance, market trends, and channel analysis.
• Target-driven, proactive, and capable under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of sales reporting, KPI monitoring, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead MT and GT sales initiatives to grow distribution and outlets.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and channel performance to shape strategies.
