Pt Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for an on-site role in Sukoharjo to lead the finance division for manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate has CPA/CMA, PSAK knowledge, 7+ years of accounting experience (with 3+ in management), and proficiency with SAP/QuickBooks and advanced Excel. This is a leadership role with a strong focus on compliance and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or CMA certified preferred.
• 7+ years accounting experience with at least 3 years in management.
• Knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures for compliance and efficiency.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and tax returns.
• Lead and mentor accounting team; foster accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure smooth audit processes.
• Analyze financial data, identify KPIs, and provide insights for strategic decisions.
