Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a hands-on Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations for a manufacturing unit in Semarang, Indonesia. The role focuses on financial control, budgeting, cost management, tax compliance, and management reporting.

You will lead the finance team, ensure accurate cost reporting, coordinate with auditors, and provide insights to support profitability and operational decisions. On-site availability and manufacturing experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and professional accounting knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years in finance or accounting with managerial experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GL, budgeting, reconciliation, and software.
• Hands-on with transfer pricing and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain accounting, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and financial control systems.
• Lead, manage, train, and supervise the finance and accounting team.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, quarterly P&L statements, annual financial reports, and management reports.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts for departments.
• Review and approve purchases while monitoring expenses and maintaining cost controls.
• Coordinate with independent auditors and support audit requirements.
