PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia (Matcha Talent) is recruiting for an experienced Business Unit Head of Finance to lead the finance function of a dedicated FMCG BU in Jakarta. The role oversees Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Working Capital, and Sales Finance, and partners with the BU GM and Corporate Finance to drive performance.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with strong accounting knowledge, people leadership for a team of 7–8 staff, and a proven track record in cost control, financial planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Brevet A/B/C, CPA, or CA advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years of finance & accounting experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a department-head or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG, CCG, manufacturing, or similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BU's overall finance and accounting activities.
• Oversee GL, AP, AR, and monthly closing.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and P&L management.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and financial performance.
• Oversee VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax, and other tax compliance.
• Manage daily cash flow and treasury activities.
• Monitor working capital and cash utilization.
• Monitor customer collections and payment cycles.
• Work closely with Sales and Commercial teams.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 7-8 Finance & Accounting staff.
