Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the finance function for its Semarang-based operations. You will establish robust financial controls, oversee budgeting, cost management, inventory reconciliation, and ensure timely management reporting.

The ideal candidate is hands-on with strong accounting knowledge, statutory compliance, and leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in finance/accounting with managerial experience.
• Manufacturing experience and transfer pricing knowledge preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/tax compliance and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and financial controls.
• Lead and develop the finance/accounting team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, quarterly P&L, and annual financial statements.
• Develop budgets/forecasts and monitor expenses for cost control.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure tax compliance and internal controls.
• Provide management with financial analysis to support decisions.
