Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of experience in financial reporting or similar role.
• Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS and PSAK.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel methods.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with PSAK and relevant regulations.
• Reconcile complex balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Liaise with external auditors and manage audit requests.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial reporting processes.
