Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• At least 4 years of experience in financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK/GAAP/IFRS.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with PSAK/IFRS and regulations.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and handle audit requests.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes.
