The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in finance, manufacturing experience, strong accounting knowledge, transfer pricing exposure, and professional-level English; you will manage the team and ensure accuracy

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in finance/accounting with managerial experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Transfer pricing experience required.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting and cost-control skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Professional-level English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain accounting, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and financial controls.
• Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and quarterly P&L statements.
• Develop annual budgets and department forecasts.
• Review purchases and monitor expenses for cost control.
• Perform reconciliations and stock verification.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Provide financial analysis to senior management for decisions.
• Support factory/site requirements and on-site operations in Semarang.
