Tume Activewear is seeking a Senior Fashion Designer to shape a new natural-fabric line (cotton/bamboo) into elevated, fashion-forward pieces. The candidate should craft cohesive collections from fabric to mood, while ensuring producibility and brand DNA across lines.

Required: 2+ years in fashion/activewear design, strong pattern understanding, and familiarity with global activewear trends. Collaboration with production and tight deadlines are key parts of the role.

Tume Activewear is a women's activewear brand built around seamless and sculpting wear, clean lines, minimalist silhouettes, and modern colorways. We're developing a new natural-fabric line (cotton/bamboo) and looking for a Senior Fashion Designer who can help shape it into something elevated and fashion-forward. We're looking for someone who can think about a collection: how one fabric, one mood, becomes a range of pieces that feel cohesive and move well on the body.

Key responsibilities

Create design sketches (hand-drawn or digital) and moodboards for new collections

Develop activewear designs using natural fabrics (cotton, bamboo) with a modern, minimalist, colorful approach

Research current activewear trends and translate them into Tume's design language

Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are realistic to produce (cut, construction, movement function)

Maintain visual consistency and brand DNA across every new collection

About you

Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion/activewear design (portfolio required)

Basic understanding of pattern and garment construction — must know what's realistically producible

Strong visual taste — able to show it through work

Familiar with global activewear trends

Comfortable working with deadlines and fast revisions
