Job summary

EIGER Tropical Adventure in Bandung is seeking an experienced Activewear Designer to develop apparel concepts from brief to tech packs. You will collaborate with Color, Materials, Product Development, and Pattern teams to ensure fit, performance, and production readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Fashion/Industrial Design and 2–3 years of activewear design experience, with proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Job description

What You’ll Do:

Develop active apparel designs based on business direction, product briefs, and brand vision.

Create design concepts, research, sketches, technical drawings, artwork, and detailed tech packs.

Collaborate with Color Designers on color direction and seasonal collections.

Partner with Material, Product Development, and Pattern Making teams to select suitable fabrics and components.

Drive product development from concept, prototype, and sample stages through Pre-Production Samples (PPS).

Ensure garment fit, functionality, and technical performance meet intended design standards.

Support seasonal concept development and stay up to date with activewear and outdoor industry trends.

Participate in product fittings, wear testing, and field testing activities.

Gather feedback from users, athletes, experts, and internal stakeholders to improve product performance.

Support product quality standards, sustainability initiatives, and production readiness.

Assist in resolving design-related production issues and ensure smooth mass production execution.

Prepare design presentations, maintain design documentation, and update internal systems and databases regularly.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Art, or a related field.

Min. 2-3 years of experience in Activewear Design (Must have)

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

Strong understanding of technical fabrics and materials.

Solid knowledge of activewear garment construction, pattern making, and fit development (Mandatory).

Experience creating technical specifications and managing product development processes.

Strong collaboration and communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
