Job summary

Tume Activewear is seeking a Senior Fashion Designer to shape a new natural-fabric line (cotton/bamboo) into elevated, fashion-forward pieces. The candidate should craft cohesive collections from fabric to mood, while ensuring producibility and brand DNA across lines.

Required: 2+ years in fashion/activewear design, strong pattern understanding, and familiarity with global activewear trends. Collaboration with production and tight deadlines are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fashion/activewear design experience.
• Basic understanding of pattern and garment construction.
• Strong visual taste and ability to translate trends into designs.
• Familiar with global activewear trends.
• Comfortable working with deadlines and fast revisions.

Responsibilities

• Create design sketches (hand-drawn or digital) and moodboards for new collections.
• Develop activewear designs using natural fabrics (cotton, bamboo) with a modern, minimalist, colorful approach.
• Research current activewear trends and translate them into Tume's design language.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are realistic to produce (cut, construction, movement function).
• Maintain visual consistency and brand DNA across every new collection.
