Job summary

KUKAI is seeking a trend-driven Fashion Designer to shape what we sell, sitting at the intersection of fashion, data, and business. You’ll brainstorm new designs, evaluate performance, and present insights to internal teams.

You should have at least 2 years in fashion/product development, a strong sense of market-ready trends, and sharp attention to detail. Experience with ERP/inventory and wholesale is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Fashion, Product Development, or related field.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and what sells in the market.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality, sizing, and finishing.
• Balance creative thinking with commercial awareness.
• Familiar with fast fashion/wholesale environment.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
