Binus University International is seeking an experienced events professional to lead planning and execution of conferences, trainings, and workshops in Jakarta. You will manage timelines, logistics, resources, and operations to deliver high-quality events.

The role requires strong budgeting, vendor management, and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners. Travel and flexible hours may be required to meet event schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in event management or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in event management or corporate training/operations.
• Strong planning, budgeting and vendor management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel or work flexible hours when required.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, training programs, workshops, and seminars.
• Ensure event readiness by managing timelines, logistics, resources, and operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, speakers, vendors, and partners for seamless events.
• Monitor budgets, manage risks, and resolve issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements for future events.
