Job summary

PT Ocean Centra Furnindo is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our Marketing & Communications team in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta. You will plan, organise and execute a diverse range of events that support our marketing objectives, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain quality within budget.

You will liaise with vendors, manage registrations, support post-event reporting, and collaborate across departments to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in event management
• Proven track record of planning and executing events of varying sizes
• Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple events
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with stakeholder management
• Proficiency in event management software and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating all aspects of events including product launches, corporate functions, trade shows, exhibitions and promotional activities
• Developing comprehensive event budgets, timelines and project plans, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
• Liaising with vendors, suppliers and service providers to secure venues, catering, AV equipment and other event requirements
• Managing event logistics including setup, registration, crowd management and dismantling
• Creating and implementing event marketing strategies to maximise attendance and engagement
• Monitoring event budgets and controlling costs whilst maintaining event quality standards
• Coordinating with internal teams across departments to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Handling event documentation, permits and compliance requirements as needed
• Gathering post-event feedback and reporting on event success metrics and return on investment
• Building and maintaining relationships with external partners and vendors
