Job summary

PT Dhira Global Utama is seeking an Event Executive to support planning, coordination, and execution of community events and engagement activities for our trading community in Jakarta Selatan. You will work closely with the marketing team to promote events across digital and offline channels, engage with community members, and contribute to content and communications.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, community engagement, or similar roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, logistics, and on-site coordination of events for the company's trading community.
Engage with community members across channels, maintaining active communication and building relationships.
Collaborate with marketing to promote events across digital and offline channels.
