Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business opportunities and strengthen our client’s footprint across Central Java and Yogyakarta. You will develop a strong pipeline, engage decision-makers, and position ERP, MRP, and POS solutions to improve client operations.

Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, delivering product demonstrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven track record selling ERP, MRP, POS, SaaS, software, or tech solutions.
• Strong hunter mentality to generate leads and win new business independently.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, resilient, and able to work as an individual contributor in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth within the manufacturing sector, with a strong focus on furniture manufacturers.
• Build, develop, and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, networking, and territory development activities.
• Identify customer pain points and position ERP, MRP, and POS solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, solution presentation, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.
• Develop strong relationships with business owners, factory managers, operations leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports through the CRM system.
• Work closely with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on manufacturing industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the assigned territory.
