Mekari, Indonesia's leading SaaS company, is hiring an ERP Implementation Consultant in Jakarta Pusat to help clients set up and configure ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing) across their business needs.

You will train users, advise on best practices for automation, and coordinate with product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption across modules, working closely with client stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, business, or equivalent.
• Experience with project management, consultation, and ERP setup.
• Understanding of business processes (finance, inventory, procurement, manufacturing).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients to set up and configure ERP modules per business requirements.
• Provide product training to users across ERP modules.
• Advise on best practices for automation and ERP adoption.
• Maintain client portfolios to monitor activation and usage.
• Coordinate with developers for bug testing and feature feedback.
• Report progress and client needs to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth onboarding.
